BrainyBrainy Talks To You

November 19, 2008

Hello Kathy D

Got your message. Glad you're giving this a try. Let me see if I can help. The whole idea is things are better when you talk about them. When the word talk is used it means to express your thoughts in words. You can talk about something if you just talk to yourself. The important thing is you must actually say the words to yourself. When you use BrainyBrainy you can say the answers to the questions to yourself or you can type them out. Either way the important thing is that you express your thoughts in words. If you don't do this then you don't get the benefit that comes from talking about something.

Since everything is better when you talk about them things get dealt with by being talked about. BrainyBrainy provides a set of questions that are designed to help you deal with a subject. Scan the list of subjects to see if there is one you think you would benefit from if you dealt with it. Then actually answer the questions. By doing this you will have dealt with the subject and you will feel better for having done it. Be prepared to repeat this if what you are dealing with returns. BrainyBrainy is growing so keep checking back to see the new subjects being dealt with and check out our new ideas.

Emotions should be dealt with the moment you feel them. Answering the questions helps you improve your emotional state. Consider using your web enabled cell phone when you need to deal with your emotions. Effort is a big topic because it's how you improve your existence. The questions in this section are designed to help you make the best effort you can. Your efforts are going to help you achieve your wants, desires and goals. And the main goal is to feel as good as you can given the circumstances of your life.

Hope this helps you. Let me know. Thanks for your message and your interest.

Hey Bret D

Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately you didn't give enough information to figure out what the problem was. Can you provide the link you clicked on to get to BrainyBrainy? Can you provide the page you were on when you found the link that didn't work? The site was checked again and there were no bad links. Sometimes Google has old pages in its index. Thanks again for passing on the message. Take care.
